Platinum Mining Corporation of India PLC (“PMCI”) is a UK company listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). It owns, through its UK subsidiary, a 70% stake in Boula Platinum Mining Pvt Ltd ("BPM"), an Indian joint venture company which is evaluating the potential for Platinum Group Metals (PGMs) at the Boula Mine in Orissa, India.

It has agreed to acquire (subject to completion of due diligence) through a UK subsidiary, a 20% stake in a South African platinum project - the Naboom Platinum Deposit, where further exploration work will be undertaken which may lead to PMCI taking a 51% stake in the project.
